Overview of the Accounts Receivable Manager position:
- Accounts receivable manager oversees team of accounts receivable clerks which includes providing the team with supervision, training, performance evaluations, and recommendations for increased productivity
- Develops operations goals and objectives for team
- Establishes policies for payment posting, refunds, delayed payments, etc.
- Identify trends in reports to recommend solutions to the company
- Prompt and oversee investigation of billing disputes
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Manager position:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Prior work experience in accounts receivable or in a related position
Salary: $55,000-$65,000
